Station I · Arrival

One hour from Salzburg. A world away.

Mühlbach am Hochkönig at 1,000 metres: DasKöniglich sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac above the valley — no through traffic, no neighbours in sight. A welcome on request; after that, the house is yours.

Station II · The House

330 m². Four floors. A view like a promise.

Natural stone base, reclaimed timber, glass: up to 12 guests — ideally 8 to 10 — stay across four floors with 160 m² of terraces wrapping the house and an open view of the Hochkönig massif.

Station III · The Kitchen

Nothing stands between you and the cooking.

Miele high-end appliances with steam oven and full equipment: whether a private chef cooks for you or you take to the stove yourself — this kitchen is built for twelve guests, not for the photo album.

Station IV · Dining & Fireplace

One room. One table. Twelve chairs.

Four metres of solid wood in front of the panoramic façade, with fireplace and sofa behind — firewood included, plus a 75-inch TV and SONOS. The evening belongs to the group, not to the programme.

Station V · Relaxation Room

Quiet rooms for loud days.

Two daybeds against the natural stone wall, with the terrace beyond — loungers and an open view into the valley: here, calm is no side room, but intent.

Station VI · Panoramic Sauna

A sauna with a view.

The glass-fronted Klafs sauna for 6 to 8 people frames the mountain panorama like a painting — with rain shower and terrace right beside it. Wellness on the living level, not in the basement.

Station VII · The Suites

Five suites. Five bathrooms. No compromises.

Each of the five bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom: box-spring beds against timber walls, rain showers, balconies with mountain views. In the morning, nothing wakes you — only the light above the massif.

Station VIII · Wine Lounge & Service

The evening is yours.

Wine cellar and lounge chairs behind the timber slats — plus, on request, a private chef, breakfast service, daily cleaning and concierge. Bread roll service and the Hochkönig Card are included.

Station IX · Arriving

Arrive. Unpack. Breathe.

Check-in from 4 p.m., parking at the house, an 11 kW wallbox, ski room with boot dryer — and tomorrow morning it all begins again at the panoramic window.
